Tessa Lawrence endeavours to deliver services as advertised but retains the right to cancel, postpone or change dates and/or times without notice. In the event of a course being altered, you will be notified at the earliest possible time via the contact information you have provided and will be given the choice of rebooking, subject to availability, or receiving a refund.

Readings are provided for entertainment purposes only, and no guarantees are implied or stated. You must be 18 years or older to receive a reading, and to make a purchase. No readings will be offered to those under 18 years old. A reading is not a substitute for professional, legal, financial, medical, or psychiatric advice or care. Readings are subject to the client's interpretation.

It is the belief of Tessa Lawrence that those attending demonstrations or sittings have made a personal choice to do so. They are responsible for any decisions they choose to make as a result of the reading or demonstration.

Prices & Payment

All prices displayed include VAT.The price payable shall be that displayed at the time of ordering. Payment is due at time of placing the order.

Delivery

The Seller shall not be held liable for any losses, expenses or consequential loss incurred by the Buyer or any other person or company however arising whether directly or indirectly out of a failure to meet an estimated delivery date.

Course Booking

When booking your place on a course or workshop you are required to pay a deposit of £20 for each workshop booked, £100 for each Course / Programme booked. If you wish to, you may cancel your booking in writing via email within 7 days of making it. A full refund will be given unless the course is due to commence during this time*. If you wish to cancel after this time, you will receive a refund less a non-refundable or transferable deposit of 10%, provided you have given at least 14 days notice in writing via email before the course commences. Alternatively, you may transfer your booking to another date, subject to availability.  *If you cancel within 7 days of commencement of your booked date course or workshop, no refund or transfer will be provided.

Channelled Spiritual Art

If you wish to, you may cancel your order in writing via email provided the process of creating the art has not begun. A full refund will be given in this case. If you wish to cancel after the process has begun, you will receive a refund less 50% of the original cost (excluding shipping) non-refundable and non-transferable. You acknowledge by ordering Channelled Art from Tessa Lawrence that you are unable to dictate colour or style and the piece you receive may not be representative of previous art shown on this website.

Reading

If you wish to, you may cancel your order in writing via email provided the process of the reading has not begun. A full refund will be given in this case. If you wish to cancel after the process has begun you will receive a refund less 50% of the original cost (excluding shipping) non-refundable and non-transferable. You acknowledge that by ordering a Reading from Tessa Lawrence it is the responsibility of the buyer to evaluate all information and act in accordance with their own judgement.

Appointments

If you wish to, you may cancel your booking in writing via email within 7 days of making it. A full refund will be given unless the appointment is due to commence during this time*. If you wish to cancel after this time, you will receive a refund less £10.00 non-refundable or transferable deposit, provided you have given at least 24 hours notice in writing via email before the appointment commences. Alternatively, you may transfer your booking to another date, subject to availability.

*If you cancel within 24 hours of your booked time, no refund or transfer will be provided & the full amount will be payable.

Retail

1.If you wish to cancel your order:(a) you can notify us by email to tessalouiselawrence.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you; or(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with point 2.

2.You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Any claim made outside of 14 days will not be accepted. The costs of returning goods to us shall be covered by you.

3.Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required less original shipping costs.

4.The right to return the goods to Tessa Lawrence as specified in point 2 will not apply in the following circumstances: We will NOT issue a full refund on goods if the product has been used or damaged or if it is not returned to us, Tessa Lawrence in the condition it was sent.

The provisions of point 4 do not affect your statutory rights.
